LOOTS is a blockchain-based platform that allows users to open virtual mystery boxes containing various digital rewards on the Solana blockchain. These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, applications, and services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using LOOTS, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Our services are not available to residents of jurisdictions where online gambling or similar activities are prohibited. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with your local laws before using our services.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the platform, you may need to connect your Solana wallet. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wallet credentials and for all activities that occur through your wallet.

You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your wallet or any other breach of security.

4. Platform Rules

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the platform or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the platform
• Use any robot, spider, or other automated device to access the platform
• Engage in any form of market manipulation or fraudulent activity

5. Mystery Boxes and Rewards

Mystery boxes may contain various digital rewards, including but not limited to cryptocurrency tokens, NFTs, and other virtual items. The contents of each mystery box are determined by our provably fair algorithm.

The odds of receiving specific rewards are disclosed on our platform. We reserve the right to change the rewards, odds, and prices of mystery boxes at any time.

All transactions on the platform are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

6. Fees and Payments

Opening mystery boxes requires payment in SOL or other supported cryptocurrencies. All fees and charges are clearly displayed before you confirm any transaction.

You are responsible for paying all applicable network fees (gas fees) required to complete transactions on the Solana blockchain.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are owned by LOOTS or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, or transmit any of the material on our platform without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT, FUNCTIONS, AND SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE PLATFORM ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
